Lisa Reardon is CEO and Chairman of OwnersEdge, Inc. She created the employee-owned ESOP holding company in 2015 to invest in and build sustainable businesses throughout the Midwest. Each company in the portfolio is chartered with growth goals and initiatives designed to build the value of the ESOP stock. Lisa is considered an expert on employee-owned models and brings more than 30 years of experience in senior level operations, consulting, finance, marketing, and sales management. She also offers extensive knowledge in the areas of CEO search, audit, and compensation. Lisa sits on various boards of non-profit and for-profit organizations, including retail, manufacturing, distribution and service industry companies.
