It’s a big day for EVers
Two of our favorite days of the year are April 1 and October 1, when we get to welcome the newest entrants to the EV employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)!
We often discuss the benefits of employee ownership – highlighting the strong financial performance of employee-owned companies, the influence of an ownership mindset on effort and performance, and the inherent dignity of workers participating in the ownership of the company they work for.
But what’s even more meaningful is zooming in to see the potentially life-changing outcomes for employees. There are many stories of unique personal successes that are empowered by employee ownership, and the first step is joining the ESOP.
So today, we celebrate our new employee owners! We are grateful to be alongside them and excited about this significant step that has the potential to be life-changing over time.
