We Salute Lori Atone for Joining NCEO Board of Directors

An employee owner at one of our 100% employee-owned companies has landed a key role with an influential organization. TVF Learning & Development Director Lori Atone has been appointed to the board of directors for the National Center for Employee Ownership. Lori’s three-year term begins April 1.

The NCEO’s mission involves supporting the employee ownership community and helping employee ownership thrive. The organization’s board is made up of owners like Lori and ownership advisory professionals. The NCEO provides a wealth of benefits to its members and serves as a critical source of reliable information and advocacy for employee ownership.

We’re a proud NCEO member and Lori’s board appointment reflects her strong commitment to ownership mindset and culture. She is a founding member of the NCEO’s Innovative Communications Coalition and is a multi-time presenter at the NCEO’s Annual Conference and Fall Forum. Lori is the epitome of employee ownership, taking leadership roles that include TVF’s Ownership and Engagement Board, building internal lessons to inform employee owners of the benefits and responsibilities of ownership, and harnessing opportunities to champion employee ownership at events including the ESOP Association National Conference.

The board appointment also demonstrates our belief in the transformative power of employee ownership, recognizing that reputation and relationships matter, and our companies have purpose beyond profits.

Congratulations to Lori and the rest of the NCEO board and organization!
